It seems so obvious, doesn't it?
When you get to 50 years of age, you realise that life is quite short and you have spent a large part of it working and worrying excessively. Work on your self esteem and tell yourself that you are fantastic!
Practice positive affirmations daily and believe in yourself – but most importantly, try and find the courage to be yourself!
Live your life as an exclamation, not as an explanation!
