Why Am I Tired?

In this day and age, where everything is fast-paced and we often feel like there are not enough hours in a day, it’s essential to make sure we are nourishing our body with the correct foods. When we feel tired it’s very easy for us to reach for a sugary snack that provides a temporary boost in energy levels, only to result in a sugar crash that leaves us feeling more fatigued than ever.
