Love Yourself To Health

Tell yourself regularly just what an amazing human being you are! Give your cells the antioxidants they love by consuming a wide variety of colourful foods in the form of fruits and vegetables or make yourself a rainbow juice.

If you feel a little down, try a little tyrosine powder to boost your brain’s dopamine. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter that spikes when you fall in love. You can try one teaspoon of Tyrosine Pure Mood Food powder 3 to 4 times daily.

Take some time every day to love yourself – perhaps in the form of exercise, meditation, a great movie or book; just do something to treat yourself.

Do things to spike your production of the brain hormone oxytocin. Oxytocin is a powerful hormone that acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain to regulate social interaction, empathy, trust, compassion, sexual behaviour, maternal bonding to a newborn and lactation. When people hug or kiss a person or a pet they love, oxytocin levels increase a lot. Research has shown that when humans interact with dogs, oxytocin levels increase in both species. Oxytocin is known as “the love and cuddle hormone” and can act as an antidote to depressive feelings.
